We’re Kent & “Pa” Davis and we’ve had a home on Anna Maria Island since 1983.
From 2001-2005 we developed and operated a 17 unit resort at the north end, just behind The Waterfront restaurant. We sold the resort in 2005 but very soon we missed welcoming folks to the island.
In 2007 we completely renovated this custom home at 419 Clark Drive and since then we’ve been hosting guests from around the world.
